24-Month Limited Warranty

Warrantor. This warranty is provided by Ventaris Store LLC, 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101, United States · support@getalbora.com.

Who is covered. This warranty covers the original purchaser of a new ALBORA belt bought from Ventaris Store LLC or an authorized seller in the United States.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. A replacement belt is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What is not covered. Normal wear of the straps and hook-and-loop fasteners, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, chewing or scratching, sharp folds or creases contrary to this manual, liquid ingress or immersion, incompatible charging equipment, or improper repairs or modifications. Cleaning the protective surfaces as instructed in this manual is permitted. Using a compatible third-party cable or obtaining third-party service does not, by itself, void this warranty; damage caused by such equipment or service is not covered.

What we will do. We will replace the belt or refund the purchase price, at our option. For claims covered by this warranty there is no charge to you: we pay the shipping of any replacement within the United States. If we need the defective belt back, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please do not return the belt until you have received instructions from us.

How to make a claim. Email support@getalbora.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and, where possible, a photo or short video. We will send you an initial reply within 2 business days with next steps. You will need proof of purchase.

Implied warranties. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Incidental and consequential damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Registration is optional and is not required for warranty coverage.
